Bandipore

Found several of these spotted deers everywhere through out the route.. Plent of em.. may be 1000`s.. but they were shying away and we cant stop for long since a bear attack or a wild animal can be fatal. Infact, at a few place enroute we could smell the stench of dead animal.. Wanted to investigate, but very dangerous so we kept moving..

Bandipore

Now with all the confusion, we had somehow reached Nagarhole, which by itself is a wild life sanctuary. Unfortuante is the fact, it has rained very heavily in the past few days, and so the animals dont come to the waterholes around.. the roads were fully potholed & the drive was jumpy..

We took a route to Bandipore via Nagarhole so that the route cuts through the deep forest. We were a bit worried of getting restricted by the forest guards, since we didn`t have the permit, & the Alcholic drinks that we had in the boot of the car. But, we managed, luckily.. Posted by Picasa

This was the sexy car we had travelled, and somehow we landed in Kerala, due to some defective planning i guess. But we litteraly pushed the car to the limits since the roads were awful.. Posted by Picasa

Bandipore Trip

These were the guys with whom i had travelled. Surely it was fun, & i had realized they were big, sorry gigantic boozers.. The boozing activity would begin as early as 10 AM & food can be anything.. Beef, Pork, Chicken, Fish.. U name it and they had it all. Like patients taking medicines time to time, the drinks wentin every 1.30 hour. & yes, these guys are real fun to be with, though i was new to `em, i felt home. Surely looking forward to go along next time. Posted by Picasa
